Applying for a concession booth space does not guarantee you a space. If no spaces are available, your fee will be returned. Otherwise, this fee is not refundable.
A copy of your liability insurance policy MUST be filed prior to April 1st 2026 with the following information listed as certificate holder, OR mail your application, insurance certificate, notarized food vendor agreement and check to:

Instructions: Please submit your 4 documents: Application, "notarized" Food Vendor Contract-Agreement, certificate of insurance naming the City of Apopka and Apopka Woman's Club as the Certificate Holder, check made out to Apopka Womans Club or payment thru Paypal, must be received by January 31, 2026. Spaces are limited so early applications will get first considerations. If no spaces are available, your fee will be returned. Otherwise this fee is not refundable. After February 28 the application-booth fee is $375.00
Booth Space increases to $375.00 for Applications submitted after February 2026.
Incomplete applications WILL NOT be considered - This is a City of Apopka requirement.
